GEM Productions
my role: Senior Producer
As senior producer, I managed and delegated budget, oversaw scheduling, managed locations, scouted and onboarded crew, managed props and wardrobe, handled crew/talent meals and more.
about the project
This was a low-budget, artist-funded, one-day production between friends and wonderful creatives! With a very hands-on director and deftly skilled but small crew, we undertook the honor of telling a personal story that artist Kiko had been slowly perfecting with iterations of this song for years. Bring back narrative music videos!
